Jim's Solarguard

I’ve been going to Jim’s Solarguard for over 15 years, and I’ve never had an issue with my tint. My previous car was recently totaled, so after buying another one, I took it right to Jim’s. There were a few small bubbles after the install, so I brought it back. They took care of everything with no hassle, and the tint looks perfect now. Great customer service and they stand behind their work. I highly recommend them!

I was really impressed with the tinting service I received. From my first call, the team was professional and transparent about the process and pricing. Everyone worked well together, making my experience smooth and enjoyable. The quality of the tints is excellent, applied with great attention to detail. Plus, the price was fair and reasonable for the level of service provided. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive experience!

The next day, I decided to purchase a set of rims from their catalog — about $3,000 total which they wanted in cash and they was paid in full on the spot. I was told they would arrive in three days. Instead, it took 15–16 days, and I never received a single update. I had to call them multiple times just to find out what was going on. When the rims finally arrived, they told me to come in on Monday to have them mounted. When I got there at 10 a.m., I was told that Jimmy doesn’t usually work on Mondays and was in Raeford, not expected back until around 3 p.m. Keep in mind, they had promised everything would be completed that same day before they closed at 5 p.m. Later, when they took my car across the street to the shop they “work with” for mounting, that shop refused to do the job, saying they were worried their machine might scratch the new rims. At that point, I was told I’d have to find somewh
